Exceptions to withdrawal

B. Products which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
C. Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier with a view to carrying out emergency repairs or performing maintenance work.
